How BioCellar handles returns

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mismatch in the product received, you may request a return. We aim to resolve such issues fairly and quickly.

• Opening video required: An opening video is mandatory as proof of the condition in which the package arrived.
• No video, no claim: Without a valid opening video, we may not be able to process a return or refund request.
• Contact us: Please contact us on WhatsApp and share the opening video showing the damaged item or packaging as it is opened.
• Return shipping: After review and approval, the customer may be asked to send the damaged product back by India Post. The shipping cost for this return will be borne by BioCellar.
• Wrong address or delivery issue: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, the shipping charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
